It made for another enthralling day of action as the Mumbai-Maharashtra bout captivated fans in the jail of thrill.

Mumbai-Maharashtra stalemate leads Andhra Pradesh to quarter-finals 

In a match that ran on the fast-forward mode on Day 4, neither Mumbai nor Maharashtra could get the desired result as the clash between both the teams finished in a draw.

Shams Mulani's four-for helped Mumbai wrap out Maharashtra at a score of 252. With not many overs left in the day, Maharashtra rocketed their way towards the target, however, could reach 195 runs when the umpires called stumps.

With this draw, Andhra moves to the knockouts as they ended above Mumbai and Maharashtra on the points table.

Roul runs riot with the ball 

Odisha's Sunil Roul came down hard on Bengal as his six-wicket haul helped the team gain a resounding victory over Manoj Tiway and Co.

Roul with his six wickets had Bengal's back against the wall. Chasing 112 runs, Odisha did not fluster as they reached the target with seven wickets to spare.

Tamil Nadu bows out with a bang 

Albeit Saurashtra's entry in the quarter-finals, their last league match did not pan out as expected.

In the run-chase of 266 runs, only opener Harvik Desai stood tall with his hundred as no other batter helped Saurashtra's cause. S Ajith Ram claimed six scalps, including the wicket of Ravindra Jadeja as Saurashtra folded for 206 runs.

Puducherry plays for draw 

Jay Pande and Krishna Pandey sealed a draw for Puducherry against Kerala. While Jay scored unbeaten 102 runs, Krishna got out on the last ball of the day after scoring an 83-ball 94.

The duo recorded a 122-run stand as Puducherry played for a draw.
