Beth Mooney reclaims top spot in ICC T20I Rankings

Australian opener Beth Mooney on the back of her sensational performances in the Commonwealth Games 2022 has once again found herself on the top of the ICC Women's T20I Rankings dethroning her fellow teammate and skipper Meg Lanning as the Number One batter in the world.

Skipper Meg Lanning had a lackluster tournament scoring just 91 runs. However, the player has slipped just one place and is currently second on the standings. The Australian batters have made their dominance evidently known with four out of the ten batters in the standings coming from the nation down-under.

Jemimah Rodrigues breaks into the Top Ten

Indian youngster Jemimah Rodrigues has seen a meteoric rise in the standings as the player climbed seven places to find herself on the Number Ten position on the list, on the back of 146 runs during the Commonwealth Games 2022. 

Rodrigues is the third Indian batter among the Top Ten alongside Smriti Mandhana (4th) and Shafali Verma (6th) who have not moved any places and remain at their positions in the International T20I rankings.
